For 18 years, Tara Lynn’s main passion has been to help high school students to live their best lives. Next, she helps students and parents bridge the challenges of the journey from high school to post-secondary life. There is a gap from high school to adult years, and parents/guardians are the last person/people our teens often turn to. Tara empowers a students’ supportive adults to work with them on concepts like education, jobs, home life, finances, social engagement, careers, politics, health, addictions, goals, and everything important to the unique individual.

In the past 3 years, Tara has been trained in adult learning and has gained her life coaching and yoga certifications so she can better serve students, parents and adults to help support their young adults and themselves in mental, emotional, and physiological areas of one of the most important journeys of their lives!

Another passion is one-on-one transition coaching. Tara Lynn specializes in job transitioning, homemaker-to-workforce transition, and habit change. If you want to launch into a new career, you will! Let’s talk!

“Tara Lynn is helping me better understand the root causes of my thoughts, actions, and behaviors and how they are linked to my physiology, neural networks, and past life experiences. Working with Tara Lynn over the past two years has given me strategies to better manage my emotions. I have gained a “toolbox” of skills I can turn to which help me better navigate my life and address self destructive patterns and behaviors. She is patient, compassionate, and supportive. She challenges me to approach life with curiosity and wonder, and as a result, my life is getting better.”
